Eligibility for Free & Reduced Entry

Free Entry

    • Children Under 5: Admitted free of charge.
    • Carers/Companions: One carer accompanying a disabled visitor (Blue Badge holder) is admitted for free.

Discounts & Concessions

    • Green Travel Discount: Visitors who arrive by public transport (bus or train) or by bicycle are eligible for a 20% discount on their ticket. You must book online using the code GREEN20 and show proof of your sustainable travel on arrival.
    • Students & Seniors: Concession rates are available for students with valid ID and visitors aged 60 and over. Please select the concession ticket type when booking.
    • Groups: Discounted rates are available for groups of 15 or more people when booked in advance.

How to Claim

Carer Tickets: There is no need to book a carer ticket in advance. Simply inform the staff at the gate upon arrival, and the carer will be admitted without charge alongside the ticket-holding disabled visitor.

Green Travel Discount: To claim your 20% discount, you must book your ticket online via the official website using the promotional code GREEN20. Upon arrival at the Palace, you will need to present proof of your journey, such as a valid bus or train ticket for that day.

Other Concessions: For student or senior discounts, please select the appropriate ticket type during the online booking process and be prepared to show valid identification upon entry.
